Refund policy

At Sunrise Estate Services KC and Finnegan's Store we partner with Printful to fulfill and ship our products. Printful handles returns for any items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please review the policy below for details.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos or a brief description of the issue to help us file a claim with Printful. Once verified, Printful will cover the cost of a replacement item at no extra charge.


Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Printful does not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Changing your mind after purchase

For these situations, our store’s own return policy will apply. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived and is considered lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Return Address

All returns are automatically sent to Printful’s fulfillment facility.
If you choose to use a different return address, you’ll be responsible for handling and shipping any returned items.


No Exchanges

Printful does not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or product, please place a new order.
